Not For Men Only

When most Americans think of anime, I think the first images that come to mind are either violent/sexist (naked women, rape, demons) or geared towards children (Hello Kitty, Sailor Moon). You may not be aware that you're missing out on many movies and series that are quite sweet and deal with mature subjects. One series that I like is Haibane Renmei.
